Lynnwood DUI Court

There are two Courts in the Lynnwood area that are courts of limited jurisdiction, meaning, two courts in Lynnwood that hear DUI cases.  One Court is the Lynnwood Municipal Court and the other is Lynnwood (South) District Court.  Lynnwood Municipal Court is where DUIs are filed when the reporting officer is an Lynnwood Municipal Police Officer.  Lynnwood District Court is where DUIs are filed when the reporting officer is a Washington State Trooper or Snohomish County Sheriff.
